Everyday we’re alive, do we remember His benefits in our lives? Do we wake up realizing that His mercy is new, His goodness is following us every day, or do we take His benefits for granted? Let’s look at Psalms 103 when David expresses his praises to God for his benefits.

Psalm 103
Bless the Lord, O my soul,
and all that is within me,
bless his holy name!
2
Bless the Lord, O my soul,
and forget not all his benefits,
3
who forgives all your iniquity,
who heals all your diseases,
4
who redeems your life from the pit,
who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy,
5
who satisfies you with good
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

He said that He is for us and not against us
He said that a thousand may fall at your side and 10k at your right hand, but none shall come upon you.
