The Bible says “do not fear” 365 times 

That’s a daily reminder to not let fear control us!

2 Timothy 1:7 “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

What does fear do?

• FEAR ROBS US OF POWER

• IT REMOVES LOVE FROM OUR HEARTS

• AND IT CONTROLS OUR MINDS 

BUT GOD:

HE HAS EQUIPPED US WITH HIS LOVE TO TAKE A WAY ANXIETY.

HE HAS EQUIPPED US WITH A SOUND MIND, ONE THAT IS CALM AND MEDITATES ON THE WORD OF GOD.

God has done a great exchange in our life, we give him our fear and our anxiety, and he gives us power, love and a soul mind. When we feel fear coming on, what is the first thing we should do? Speak the name of Jesus. 

IT IS POSSIBLE TO LIVE A LIFE WITHOUT FEAR BUT ONLY BY HIS POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

— ISAIAH 26:3 “YOU KEEP HIM IN PERFECT PEACE WHOSE MIND IS STAYED ON YOU, BECAUSE HE TRUSTS IN YOU.”
