Noah had followed Enoch’s footsteps. Enoch was taken up to Heaven. Since Noah was following, shouldn’t he (Noah) had been raptured as well?

No, we all have a specific Will that God has ordained us with, a blue print for our lives. That He is wanting us to carry out, without looking , comparing with other people.
We may say “Lord there is no way i can do that” or “I’m not capable” God does not call the equipped He equips the called. When God told Mose’s to save His people out of exile in Egypt, Mose’s made the excuse that he was slow of speech. What would’ve happened if Moses just stepped into the action instead of the reaction of doubting God and belly aching that he was not able to perform the task that God wanted him to carry out. We each have a mission, some say it’s Mission Impossible, but with God, all things are possible.

 I can do all things through him who strengthens me. (Philippians 4:13 ESV)
